Self Advocates

Self Advocates are people with IDD who speak up for and exercise their civil & human rights. Whether the issue is public policy (like healthcare and housing) or is personal (like dating and getting a job), the ACL is listening and ready to offer trainings that mean something to you.

Professional Development

We offer remote, in-person, and prerecorded training to disability service agencies, victims' services, recreation centers, educators, law enforcement, and families. Our trainers cover a variety of topics, including:

Consultations

We offer consultations for Criminal Justice Professionals when the Justice and Disability Systems intersect. Our advocacy supports individuals with intellectual developmental disabilities (IDD) who are eligible for HCBS waiver services through A&I Avenues.
