ACL Community Grants
ACL offers small community grants to support people with Intellectual Developmental Disabilities (IDD) in Boulder & Broomfield Counties, helping them develop well-being, build connections, and thrive.
Do you have a project, goal, or idea you want to pursue but need funding? We want to hear about it! Apply for an ACL Community Grant and our grant committee will review your request to see how we can help. Grant amounts range from $25 to $500, but we may consider larger requests.
Who is Eligible?
Adults residing in Boulder & Broomfield Counties who meet the Colorado definition of an intellectual developmental disability and have been found eligible for developmental disability waiver services.
Families with children up to age 21 who receive special education services or accommodations through Boulder Valley or St. Vrain Valley School Districts.
What do we fund?
ACL Grants help people to:
Join activities that build connection
Speak up for themselves through self-advocacy
Promote inclusion and break down barriers
Build relationships in the community
Feel a sense of belonging and safety
Participate in activities or hobbies that promote well-being
Celebrate the contributions of people with IDD
