Future Planning/Letter of Intent

Planning for our loved ones after we are gone

The Letter of Intent is a living document you create that passes vital information about a person with a disability to future caregivers. It should include things about your loved ones such as where they live, employment, medical needs, interests and other important aspects of their daily routine along with their goals for their future. The hardest part is getting started!

We use Google docs and a couple of template samples to work from.

Each session will include a short talk about Colorado options for finding executors and representatives, funeral requirements and more.

You can join one or all!
