Parents of Teens Network

for parents of teens with intellectual/developmental disabilities

Are you ready to launch your son or daughter through high school, transition services and out into the adult world? If you want some good company and guidance, join our monthly parent group to help you navigate this big transition. With the support of other parents and a proven approach, parents can align with their teen to co-create a great life.

Develop and implement your own action plan with this three-part approach:

  • Learn about and begin to access adult services and funding

  • Identify and address home and community based skills teens need to achieve long-term goals

  • Utilize the transition goals in the IEP to align with adult life

Meets from 6-8 PM on the third Wednesday of the month

Register with the ACL at 303.527.0888 or email Anna Stewart
