On a daily basis, we are in our communities making a difference in the lives of our most vulnerable residents. This includes moving people out of homelessness, ensuring that children with developmental disability aren’t segregated away from their peers because of their disabilities and keeping people from falling through holes in the systems meant to protect them. We are the safety net for the safety net!
